Returns:

Most items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price (see exceptions below).

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days for a full refund (it must have been shipped by you within 30 days of having been delivered to your address).

Items not returned in re-sellable condition (make-up residue, smoky odor, not in original packaging, broken zippers, etc.) are not eligible for refund.  If we are able, we may, at our discretion, make an exception if we can bring the item back to resaleable condition, but an appropriate restocking fee (usually 20%) WILL be assessed.

All freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please choose a shipping method that is both convenient and economical for you. It is in your best interest to insure valuable packages, as we cannot be responsible for issuing a refund for merchandise that arrives damaged or does not arrive at all.

Bridal gowns that have been made specifically for you are not returnable. Please be certain about your measurements, and remember it is much easier to have a dress taken in than let out.
