Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day of receipt (order received by 3:00 p.m. PST).
Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10:00AM - 5:00PM PST, excluding holidays). If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days.
We reserve the right to choose the shipping provider and specific shipping method that is most appropriate for your order's size, weight, distance and specified time frame.
Please be aware that, although we offer Two Day and Next Day shipping options, even if we ship via your requested method, there is a possibility that neither UPS's Second Day Air or Next Day Air nor the U.S. Postal Service's Express Mail option will get it to you within that time. While it is rare, rush shipments can be delayed by weather, labor strikes, damage, shipper mishandling, or even the remoteness of your delivery address.

We believe in reasonable shipping prices. The cost for shipping is based upon order weight and shipping method. The costs below reflect very closely our average actual shipping costs. For simplicity, we do not factor in distance, so we make a little money on shipping orders to nearby states, while we lose money shipping to distant states.
